Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- All contents of the case must be included
- Your return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
Return postage
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. This usually takes a few days, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To request a return, please email hello@trenchandtrilby.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll resolve it promptly.
